What to include in your request

To help us resolve your issue more quickly, when writing to us, please include:

  1. Your home institution.
  2. The browser and operating system you are using.
  3. A detailed description of the error (if possible, attaching a screenshot).

🔑 Access Issues

If you cannot log in (Login failed) or your institution does not appear in the IDEM list:

  • First, contact your university or institution's IT support. Often, access problems are due to the local Identity Provider not releasing the necessary attributes.
